Position Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks and requires strong business understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive key initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the executive, ensuring effective decision-making and seamless execution of priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage

Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Exposure to strategy, operations, or consulting roles
Ability to take ownership and work independently

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Strategic Support:
Assist in business planning, project tracking, and execution of key initiatives
Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare insights for decision-making
Monitor key performance metrics and follow up on action items
Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities
Drive communication on behalf of leadership when required
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of key tasks
Operations & Process Management:
Improve workflows and support process optimization initiatives
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
Handle high-priority tasks with discretion and professionalism
