Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Handle payroll coordination, employee records, and documentation
Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and cultural initiatives
Create and manage Excel-based templates for HR and office processes
Manage social media and support employer branding initiatives
Assist in performance management, training, and employee development programs
Oversee daily office operations including supplies and facility management
Handle general HR administration and support organizational requirements
