Job Summary
The Overseas Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing international shipments, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring smooth transportation and delivery of goods across borders. The role involves handling shipping documentation, communicating with overseas partners, and ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in additional languages will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate international shipments and manage transportation logistics.
Handle shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and necessary permits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas partners and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping standards.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Track performance metrics and prepare logistics reports.
Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and operations for smooth coordination.
