Position: Sales Manager / Executive – Natural Rubber (Domestic & International)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Business Head / Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional for Natural Rubber responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and increasing sales revenue in both domestic and international markets within the rubber trading sector.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field.

3–8 years of experience in Natural Rubber, Rubber Products, or Commodity Trading sales.

Experience in domestic and international sales will be an advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of export procedures and international trade terms (Incoterms, LC, etc.).

Ability to develop new markets and client networks.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business development.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand Natural Rubber sales in domestic and international markets.

Identify and onboard new buyers, distributors, and industrial clients such as tyre manufacturers and rubber product manufacturers.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, order finalization, and delivery coordination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, traders, exporters, and importers.

Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and demand-supply dynamics in the rubber industry.

Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth order execution.

Manage export documentation, Letters of Credit (LC), and international trade processes when dealing with overseas clients.

Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to promote business growth.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and market intelligence records.
