Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Chemical Sales Manager responsible for marketing and selling imported industrial chemicals in the domestic market. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, market expansion, and driving sales growth across industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, rubber, plastics, coatings, and manufacturing sectors.
Experience
5 – 12 years of experience in Industrial Chemical Sales, Specialty Chemical Sales, or Petrochemical Sales.
Experience in imported chemical trading or distribution will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities for imported industrial chemicals in India.
Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients.
Generate new leads through market visits, industry networking, and digital platforms.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell imported chemicals to industries such as:
Petrochemical
Pharmaceutical
Rubber & Tyre
Plastics & Polymers
Paint & Coatings
Adhesives & Construction Chemicals
3. Import Coordination
Coordinate with procurement and import teams for sourcing chemicals from international suppliers.
Manage pricing, documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle product inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Provide technical product information and support to clients.
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing trends, and demand patterns.
Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
6. Order Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to payment collection.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order delivery and payment follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
