Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform. The role involves platform configuration, maintenance, system improvements, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where technology, people, and processes intersect.
Required Experience
5 – 7 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is required.
Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience with Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
Proven ability to build flows, automation processes, and reports without developer support.
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce integrations with tools such as HubSpot.
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data mapping concepts.
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Zapier.
Key Competencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations.
Strong data management and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Connect.

Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, and data security practices in integrations.
Familiarity with change management and release processes.
Basic understanding of Apex or SOQL is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and dashboards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable no-code or low-code Salesforce solutions.
Conduct data audits, deduplication, and data imports/exports using tools such as Data Loader.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage sandbox environments, and oversee release deployments.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and support platforms.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design and test integration workflows, APIs, and middleware solutions.
Monitor system integrations, identify synchronization issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams or vendors.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and evaluate new features for potential adoption.
Provide end-user training and documentation to improve system usage.
