Salary Budget: €1500 – €3500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Retention Specialists with a strong background in Forex trading and client retention. The candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and increasing revenue through retention and conversion strategies.

 

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex Trading / Forex Sales / Retention / Conversion / BDM / Account Management.

Experience in high-ticket sales environments is preferred.

Freshers are not considered.

Education

Graduation: Not mandatory

Post-Graduation: Not required

Special Courses: Not required

Manage and retain existing Forex trading clients.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide account support.

Convert existing leads and maintain long-term client engagement.

Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience.

Maintain regular communication with clients and address their concerns.
