Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage the Government Tenders and PSU vertical. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, managing the end-to-end tendering process, building relationships with government departments and PSUs, and driving business growth through successful tender participation.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and PSU procurement systems.
Experience in working with government portals such as GeM, eProcurement, etc.
Excellent documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate government tender opportunities from various portals.
Manage the complete tender lifecycle including documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with government departments and PSU officials.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, financial, and compliance documentation.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all tender requirements.
Track tender results and manage post-tender negotiations if required.
Develop strategies to increase success rate in government tenders.
