Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients in key export-driven sectors (Textiles, Pharma, Electronics, Auto, Food Packaging, etc.)
  • Present the benefits and applications of montmorillonite, silica gel, and other desiccant products
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close orders in line with company pricing policies
  • Maintain client database through CRM, track leads, and prepare regular sales reports
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
  • Attend industry exhibitions, expos, and trade events for lead generation
  • Provide pre-sales technical information and post-sales customer support
  • Follow up on payments and manage credit control as per company norms

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Packaging Technology, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 1–5 years’ experience in B2B industrial product sales or export packaging industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and trade fairs
  • Industry knowledge of moisture control, packaging, or industrial consumables is an added advantage
