Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming front desk experience, managing reception activities, handling administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Graduation or equivalent qualification.
Degree in Administration or related field is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist or similar role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic data entry and document management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
Administrative Support
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier deliveries, and documents.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist departments with clerical tasks when required.
Office Coordination
Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance issues.
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies at the reception area.
Handle correspondence shortlisting and distribution.
