About the Role

This position is focused on business generation and trading, not operational coordination.

We are specifically looking for a business-driven PVC resin professional who can bring active PVC resin customers from their existing network.

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate, but performance, container volumes, and business contribution will be the key success metrics.

Candidates must demonstrate transparency regarding:

Current PVC resin business handled

Strength of existing client network

Realistic business transfer after joining

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development (Primary Responsibility)

Bring active PVC resin buyers through an existing professional network.

Generate container-to-container (FCL) trading business.

Drive monthly sales volumes measured in MT / containers.

Focus primarily on HS-1000R and similar suspension PVC grades.

2. Client Relationship Management

Manage and grow relationships with:

Shrink film manufacturers

Shrink label producers

PVC film and sheet manufacturers

Packaging companies

Additional responsibilities:

Negotiate pricing and close deals independently.

Maintain long-term client relationships.

3. Market & Supplier Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers from China, Taiwan, Korea, and India.

Secure competitive pricing through strong supplier relationships.

Monitor market trends, pricing movement, and demand patterns.

4. Trading Model Execution

Operate strictly under the company’s trading model:

Container-to-container trading (FCL model)

No inventory holding

No retail distribution model

Ensure smooth transaction cycles between suppliers and buyers
