Job Summary

We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to expand business partnerships across corporate wellness, hospitality, gyms, luxury residences, and wellness-focused organizations.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.

 

Preferred Experience

Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or luxury services sales.

Existing network with HR leaders, hotels, gyms, or real estate developers.

Interest or passion for wellness, movement, and performance-focused services.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard B2B partners including corporates, hotels, gyms, wellness centers, and real estate developers.

Pitch wellness programs, services, and solutions to senior decision-makers.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Sell corporate wellness packages, on-site wellness sessions, pop-up activations, and long-term partnership contracts.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Represent the organization at networking events, wellness activations, and industry gatherings.

Develop strategic partnerships to increase brand presence and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

Proven track record of closing deals and building business partnerships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to confidently pitch premium services to senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of the local B2B business landscape in Dubai.Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational performance across And10’s hospitality and wellness assets

Develop and implement SOPs, quality standards, and scalable operational frameworks

Manage relationships with vendors, landlords, and service partners

Collaborate with brand leads to align operations with brand identity and guest experience standards

Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior leadership

Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support new brand launches and property openings from an operational standpoint

Maintain a visible, proactive leadership presence across properties

Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or wellness

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Hands-on leadership style, willing to balance strategic oversight with on-ground execution

Physically capable of managing frequent site visits and multi-location coordination

Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Passion for hospitality, wellness, and community-driven brands

Willingness to travel as required

Recent graduates with strong competency and leadership potential may also be considered.
