Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Bitumen Oil Sales Professional with strong knowledge of bitumen grades and domestic market dynamics. The ideal candidate must have an established network within road construction, infrastructure, and contracting companies and should be capable of driving bulk volume business.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in Bitumen / Petrochemical Sales
Performance Measurement (KPIs):
Monthly Volume Achievement (MT)
Revenue and Margin Contribution
New Client Acquisition
Overall Business Growth & Market Development
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand domestic sales of imported Bitumen (VG grades, 60/70, 80/100, etc.)
Handle bulk volume sales to contractors, infrastructure companies, and road developers
Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets (MT-based)
Identify new customers and generate business leads
Negotiate pricing and successfully close deals
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Bitumen grades and applications
Experience in bulk trading and volume-based sales
Established network in the infrastructure / road construction segment
Ability to generate business from existing contacts
Strong negotiation and communication skills
