Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage international sales operations, export documentation, and global client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth export processes, compliance with international trade regulations, and timely delivery of goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in export management or international trade
Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs regulations
Experience in coordinating international logistics and freight operations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
Experience in handling multi-country exports
Knowledge of INCOTERMS and foreign trade policies
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export strategies to expand international markets
Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation and logistics coordination
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export policies
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping companies
Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates
Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients and distributors
Monitor international market trends and identify new business opportunities
Track shipments and resolve any logistics or customs-related issues
