Position Overview
The Finance Manager – Global Operations serves as the financial steward and operational controller for a global managed staffing organization. This role ensures financial integrity, operational accounting accuracy, and strong fiscal governance across multiple international service centers.
The position provides leadership with timely insights to maintain financial targets, optimize staffing economics, and align operational performance with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
Minimum 3 years in a Controller or Finance Leadership role.
Experience in global or multi-entity, people-driven industries (e.g., staffing, BPO, outsourcing, professional services).
Proven expertise managing cross-border payroll, compliance, and international operations.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience with modern ERP systems and workforce planning tools.
Background in high-growth or operationally complex organizations.
Familiarity with cost-to-serve modeling and labor-driven financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Consolidate multi-currency financials and ensure accurate recording of revenue, cost of services, payroll, and operating expenses.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.
Oversee timely month-end and year-end close processes across global entities.
Global Operations & Staffing Finance
Manage financial operations across global service centers, including payroll, expense management, AR/AP, petty cash, and inventory tracking.
Partner with operations teams to model the financial impact of staffing decisions, utilization rates, headcount planning, and capacity forecasting.
Support hiring and promotion decisions by validating financial implications and ensuring alignment with budget targets.
Maintain and enhance cost allocation models across centers, clients, and service lines.
Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A
Lead the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecast processes.
Develop workforce-driven financial models to anticipate labor costs, productivity trends, and margin performance.
Monitor key metrics including service revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, center-level P&Ls, and operational KPIs.
Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities through data-driven analysis.
Business Partnering & Strategic Support
Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO, COO, and senior leadership team.
Deliver insights on profitability, pricing strategies, labor efficiency, and client economics.
Support cross-functional initiatives involving finance, operations, HR, and global service center leadership.
Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and financial governance standards.
