Job Purpose

The Sales and Design Consultant will assist clients in selecting and designing premium window solutions that are functional, aesthetically refined, and aligned with modern architectural standards. The role combines consultative sales with design advisory to ensure client requirements are translated into high-quality, customized solutions.

Research and identify new leads within the window design, renovation, and construction sectors

Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and digital platforms

Assess client needs and qualify opportunities based on product suitability

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in interior and architectural segments

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth

Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

Present window design solutions aligned with client needs and budgets

Coordinate with internal design and project teams for smooth execution

Attend trade shows and networking events to generate new leads

Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market insights
