Job Purpose
The Sleep Expert will leverage expertise in sleep health and physiotherapy to educate clients on the benefits of luxury beds. The role focuses on driving sales through personalized consultations, delivering a premium customer experience, and building long-term client relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by engaging potential clients via phone, email, and online channels
Convert leads into customers through consultative selling
Provide personalized consultations on sleep health, posture, and wellness
Educate customers on product features, craftsmanship, and benefits
Assess individual sleep or back-related concerns and recommend suitable solutions
Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations
Ensure post-purchase satisfaction and maintain follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Coordinate with showroom and sales teams for seamless service
Represent brand values of luxury, quality, and well-being
