Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of International Sales & Marketing (Senior Associate / Manager). The candidate will be responsible for expanding international business, developing global client relationships, and driving revenue growth across overseas markets.

This role requires strong communication skills, international market exposure, and the ability to independently manage export sales cycles.

1. International Business Development

Identify and develop new international markets and clients

Generate leads through online platforms, trade portals, and direct outreach

Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and clients

Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets

Develop strategic sales plans for different international regions

Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends

4. Marketing & Market Research

Conduct international market research and identify growth opportunities

Participate in global exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual business meetings

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and product promotion

5. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution

Maintain proper documentation related to exports and international sales

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
