Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development / Key Account Manager with strong expertise in exhibition stands, expo fabrication, and carpentry production.
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business, secure exhibition projects, and expand the company’s client portfolio across KSA. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the exhibitions, events, and marketing industry in Saudi Arabia and possess strong knowledge of stand design, costing, fabrication, and execution.
This is a target-driven role with clearly defined revenue objectives.
Valid KSA driving license preferred

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development (Primary Focus)
Identify and secure new exhibition and expo projects across KSA
Develop strong relationships with marketing agencies, corporate clients, government entities, and event organizers
Actively prospect and generate leads for major venues including:
Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center
Jeddah Superdome
Dhahran Expo
Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and business forums
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and commercial proposals
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Negotiate contracts and close deals with strong commercial margins
Ensure profitability and monitor project margins
3. Client Management & Project Handover
Collect complete client briefs and coordinate with design and production teams
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
Remain involved during key project stages to ensure client satisfaction
4. Industry & Market Intelligence
Track upcoming exhibitions and government initiatives in KSA
Monitor competitor activities and pricing benchmarks
Identify high-growth sectors such as technology, real estate, giga-projects, healthcare, etc.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in exhibition stand sales, event production, or expo fabrication in KSA or GCC
Proven track record of securing and closing exhibition projects
Strong network within KSA marketing, events, and exhibition industry
Technical knowledge of stand fabrication, carpentry, materials, and production timelines
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
