Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)

4–5 years of experience in business development or sales

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs

Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
