Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
Implement and monitor safety standards and statutory compliance
Manage inventory, procurement coordination, and cost control
Lead and supervise production staff and department heads
Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, and efficiency
Identify operational improvements and implement best practices
Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment
Prepare operational reports and present updates to management
