Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, taxation, and accounting standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee general ledger activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
