Required Skills

Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Create engaging content including posts, reels, ad copies, and creatives
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation
Manage SEO, SEM, and website traffic growth initiatives
Track analytics and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with designers and content creators for brand consistency
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
Manage online reputation and audience engagement
Improve brand visibility and conversion rates
