Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to head the finance function of the organization. The CFO / Head – Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and overall financial strategy to support sustainable business growth.
Required Skills

Qualifications
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
Advise management on financial planning and risk management
Lead long-term financial forecasting and capital planning
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance against targets
Oversee MIS reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective measures
3. Accounting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
5. Team Management
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Establish strong internal controls and financial processes
