Position: Head Chef
Experience Required: 5–7 Years
Salary Range: 7,000 – 14,000 AED

Requirements:
5–7 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of international and/or specialty cuisine (as per requirement)
Ability to manage kitchen budgeting and cost control
Excellent communication skills

Oversee complete kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
Plan and design menus as per restaurant standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Control food cost and manage inventory efficiently
Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff
Coordinate with management for smooth operations
