The Book Binder will be responsible for performing various binding operations including perfect binding, saddle stitching, hard case binding, and collating printed forms. The role requires hands-on experience in book finishing processes and maintaining high-quality standards in print production.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Perform perfect binding, saddle stitching, and hard case book binding
Collate printed forms accurately before binding
Ensure proper alignment and finishing of bound materials
Operate and maintain binding machinery
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Coordinate with the production team for workflow efficiency
Ensure minimal wastage of materials during binding operations
Technical Knowledge Required
Hands-on experience in different book binding techniques
Knowledge of binding machinery and finishing equipment
Understanding of production quality standards
Ability to handle bulk production jobs efficiently
