Role Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising production activities while ensuring quality standards are maintained. The role requires strong technical knowledge of printing machinery, display products, commercial printing, and packaging production processes.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet targets
Monitor and ensure quality control of products during production
Troubleshoot technical issues related to machines and processes
Supervise and manage production staff effectively
Provide training and guidance to production team members
Monitor and manage production metrics and performance
Maintain inventory control related to production materials
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of printing machinery
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Technical Knowledge Required
Deep understanding of display products, commercial printing, and packaging products
Familiarity with machinery used in the printing industry
Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
