Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth and expand client acquisition within the Legal Services sector. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships in Mumbai and Pune markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field.
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, SME, and individual client segments.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client legal requirements and coordinate with internal legal teams.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities in legal services.
Analyze competitor activities and suggest strategic positioning.
Develop proposals, presentations, and service pitch decks.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with legal, operations, and management teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Provide weekly/monthly updates to senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build networks within corporate and business communities.
Target-driven with strong closing skills.
Knowledge of legal services or professional services sales will be preferred.
