Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)
Location: Ahmedabad
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fire Protection BIM Engineer / Modeler with strong experience in firefighting and fire alarm system modeling using Revit MEP. The candidate will be responsible for developing coordinated 3D models, preparing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with international fire protection standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Revit MEP – Fire Protection
Strong knowledge of firefighting and fire alarm systems
Understanding of NFPA / International fire protection standards preferred
Familiarity with clash detection tools (Navisworks preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
General Requirements (Applicable to All BIM Positions)
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
Good coordination and communication skills
Experience working on international projects (Australia preferred)
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D BIM models for firefighting and fire alarm systems
Model sprinkler systems, hydrants, piping layouts, and alarm devices
Coordinate fire protection services with HVAC and electrical systems
Prepare detailed shop drawings and coordinated layouts
Participate in clash detection and resolution meetings
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and templates
Support BOQ extraction and documentation from BIM models
Update models based on consultant and site feedback
Maintain accuracy and documentation throughout project lifecycle
Support timely project delivery as per deadlines
