Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic / Public Health BIM Engineer / Modeler with strong experience in plumbing and drainage system modelling. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting coordination activities in line with project standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Revit MEP (Hydraulic / Plumbing)
Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems
Understanding of international plumbing standards preferred
Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection (preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models for water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems
Prepare pump room layouts and riser coordination drawings
Create detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings
Support BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs from BIM models
Coordinate with MEP and architectural teams for clash-free models
Participate in coordination and clash detection meetings
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and templates
Update models based on consultant and site feedback
Maintain documentation and model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
Support timely project delivery as per deadlines
