Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Engineer / Modeler with strong HVAC system knowledge and hands-on experience in Revit MEP. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical system modeling, coordination, and preparation of shop drawings as per project BIM standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Revit MEP (Mechanical)
Strong understanding of HVAC systems
Knowledge of clash detection tools (Navisworks preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models for HVAC systems including ducting and plant rooms
Prepare shop drawings and coordinated mechanical drawings
Create equipment layouts and mechanical service routing
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and templates
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings
Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
Update models based on site and consultant feedback
Maintain model accuracy and documentation throughout project lifecycle
Extract BOQs and reports from BIM models when required
Support project delivery within deadlines
