Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary MEPF BIM workflows
Coordinate with Architecture and Structural teams
Ensure BIM standards compliance across projects
Monitor team productivity and timely task delivery
Conduct coordination meetings and clash resolution
Provide internal training and technical mentoring
Drive R&D initiatives, automation, and workflow improvements
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
