Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Factory Outreach Lead to drive engagement, partnerships, and relationship management with factories and manufacturing units. The role involves identifying potential factory partners, building strong on-ground relationships, ensuring smooth coordination, and supporting operational expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in factory coordination, vendor development, supply chain outreach, or manufacturing partnerships.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in factory coordination, vendor development, manufacturing partnerships, or supply chain operations
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Willingness to travel frequently to factory locations
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience working with manufacturing clusters or industrial hubs
Knowledge of compliance standards and quality audits
Prior experience in sourcing or operations roles
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard factories/manufacturing partners as per business requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with factory owners, plant managers, and key stakeholders
Conduct factory visits for assessment, evaluation, and relationship strengthening
Coordinate between internal teams and factories to ensure smooth execution of projects
Monitor factory performance, compliance, and operational standards
Support contract discussions, negotiations, and commercial alignment
Ensure timely resolution of operational or partnership-related issues
Maintain database and reporting of outreach activities and factory performance
Provide market intelligence and insights on manufacturing trends and capacity availability
Travel to factory locations as required
