The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regional hiring practices, cultural nuances, and end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to close client requirements efficiently.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the Middle East and APAC regions, from sourcing to offer negotiation

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, business needs, and team culture

Develop and execute region-specific sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and referrals

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong skill and cultural fit

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and consistent communication

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage pipelines and streamline recruitment processes

Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and regional partners for niche hiring

Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor laws in the Middle East and APAC regions

Coordinate with HR and Talent Management teams to support onboarding and smooth candidate transitions

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and KPIs

Manage and optimize candidate databases to effectively close client requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4+ years of experience in international recruitment (Middle East & APAC preferred)

Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
