We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive – Outbound to drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound calling, lead nurturing, and deal closures. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–6 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability in convincing, objection handling, and closing deals
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under KPIs
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
