Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer.
Good knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Basic knowledge of safety norms and quality control.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at the site.
Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and site productivity.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards.
Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
Resolve on-site technical issues and support project planning.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth execution.
