Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Incharge (Construction) to manage and oversee large-scale building construction projects in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site management, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
8–12 years of hands-on experience in building construction project management.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction/project management tools.
Sound knowledge of construction safety practices, quality standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and complete construction projects in line with approved schedules and budgets.
Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards at all stages.
Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and take corrective actions proactively.
Manage material procurement, manpower planning, and resource allocation efficiently.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Prepare and review project reports, BOQs, and site documentation.
