Job Summary
We are looking for a Support Chef to assist in daily kitchen operations and support senior chefs in food preparation and service. The ideal candidate should have basic cooking knowledge, be willing to learn, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
Support during peak service hours
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Handle basic food prep (cutting, marination, plating, etc.)
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Assist in inventory handling and stock management
Skills & Requirements
Prior kitchen experience preferred (negotiable)
Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Willingness to learn and adapt
Physically fit to work long hours if required
