Job Title: Head Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef

Experience Required: 7–10 Years (Minimum)
Salary: Up to ₹85,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Language Requirement: English (conversational or above) and Hindi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef to lead kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian curries, Tandoor items, and Chinese cuisine, along with proven experience managing and leading a kitchen team. Experience working in African countries will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of professional kitchen experience

Strong expertise in multi-cuisine cooking (Indian, Tandoor, Chinese)

Prior experience as Head Chef / Senior Chef / Kitchen Lead

Ability to communicate in English (at least conversational) and Hindi

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Experience in Africa is preferred but not mandatory

Passion for food quality and innovation

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee Indian curries, Tandoor dishes, and Chinese cuisine

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations

Supervise and guide kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency

Plan menus and ensure food quality standards

Maintain hygiene, safety, and food compliance standards

Control food cost, wastage, and inventory

Ensure timely preparation and service of food
