Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Curry Chef (Indian Cuisine) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian curries, maintaining food quality, and ensuring high hygiene and safety standards.

Culinary certification or professional kitchen training

Experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian curries and traditional dishes

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

Manage daily food preparation and cooking schedules

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Monitor food stock, storage, and minimize wastage

Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Assist in menu planning and recipe development when required

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of proven experience as a Curry Chef (Indian Cuisine)

Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Good time management and teamwork skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
