Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Site Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Electrical Lead to oversee and lead ELV site operations for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on site experience in ELV systems and strong leadership capability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project execution from installation through commissioning.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with authority approvals and inspections.
Knowledge of NFPA, IEC, or relevant local standards.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise ELV site activities including:
CCTV
Access Control Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Structured Cabling (Data & Voice)
Public Address (PA) Systems
BMS / IBMS (if applicable)
Manage site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with MEP, civil, architectural, and client teams.
Review and approve ELV shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure project execution is in line with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
Plan work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover.
Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and provide on-site solutions.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
Prepare and review progress reports, as-built drawings, and documentation.
Attend client, consultant, and coordination meetings.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of ELV site engineering experience in MEP projects.
Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and international standards.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
Willingness to work on-site.
