Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s IT products and solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through research, networking, and market mapping.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–5 years of proven experience in IT product sales or software solution sales.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products and explain them to clients effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
