This role demands a professional who can manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while maintaining long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s IT products and solutions.

     
  • Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through research, networking, and market mapping.

     
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions.

     
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

     
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities.

     
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.

     
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

     
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

     
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.

     

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

     
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT product sales or software solution sales.

     
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.

     
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

     
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of products and explain them to clients effectively.

     
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

     
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and client-centric approach.
