Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and skilled Cooks / Chefs to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on cooking experience, a strong understanding of food safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cook / Chef
Formal culinary training or certification is an added advantage
Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or large kitchens preferred

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals as per menu and quality standards
Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen operations
Ensure food taste, presentation, and portion control
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Handle food storage, inventory, and stock rotation
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control practices
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
Follow instructions from Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
