Experience Required:
Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Husky HyPET or similar high-speed PET injection molding machines.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and continuous monitoring of Husky HyPET PET injection molding machines
Handling and maintaining:
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Valves, sensors, electrical circuits, and PLC interfaces
Hot runner systems
Heating and cooling units
Mould-related activities including:
Mould installation and removal
Mould cleaning and preventive maintenance
Machine calibration and lubrication scheduling
Reducing machine downtime and improving operational efficiency
Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance as per SOPs
Reporting technical issues and coordinating with supervisors and production teams
Required Machine Experience (Mandatory):
GL 300 PET P100/110 E 120 (G-Line)
HyPET 300 P100/110 E 120 (3rd Generation)
HyPET 300_4.0 P100/110 EE120 (4th Generation)
HyPET 5e 300-P100/120 EE120 (5th Generation)
