Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar Sales (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of rooftop solar, EPC, and solar solutions
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for solar rooftop and solar power projects
Identify and develop relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution
Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, and reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
