Job Position: Service Engineer – Solar O&M

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Maharashtra
Work Mode: Work From Home (Travel to solar sites as and when required)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform operation and maintenance activities for solar power plants
Monitor plant performance and identify faults/issues
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at solar sites
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
Prepare and submit service reports and maintenance records
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Experience Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar O&M (mandatory)
Knowledge of inverters, solar panels, SCADA, and site operations
Willingness to travel to solar project sites across Maharashtra
Good communication and basic reporting skills
