Primary Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical roles (developers, testers, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct resume screening and initial HR/technical screening calls
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities
- Schedule and manage technical and managerial interviews
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth offer rollout, joining coordination, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements
- Provide regular hiring updates and reports to internal stakeholders
Experience Requirements:
- 1.5 – 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in technical hiring (Java, Python, Full Stack, Cloud, etc.)
- Familiar with ATS, Boolean search, and job portals
- Good understanding of IT roles and basic technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced internal hiring environment
- Candidate should be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
