Job Summary

The HR Operations professional is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth workforce operations in a fast-paced iGaming environment. This role supports the complete employee lifecycle, HR compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, and policy implementation while aligning HR operations with business goals and regulatory requirements.

 

Performance Management & Reporting

Assist in performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking

Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and productivity

Support internal audits and management review processes

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in iGaming, BPO, fintech, or 24/7 operational environments

Experience managing large, shift-based teams is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll processes

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in iGaming, online gaming, or other regulated digital industries

Knowledge of compliance requirements across gaming jurisdictions

Experience managing multi-location or remote teams

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Administer attendance tracking, shift schedules, leave management, and overtime records

Ensure HR processes effectively support 24/7 and shift-based operations

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and internal teams

Schedule interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities

Conduct HR induction sessions and onboarding for new employees

Payroll & Compensation Coordination

Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, incentives, bonuses, and deductions

Ensure timely and accurate salary processing in collaboration with the Finance team

Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory compliance

Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and internal SOPs

Support compliance related to gaming regulations, confidentiality, and data protection

Handle disciplinary actions and policy violations in a professional and compliant manner

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries and support

Address employee grievances and coordinate resolutions with management

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
