Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented industries preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and handle operational challenges efficiently
Comfortable using technology, reporting tools, and management systems
