Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s IT products and solutions
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation
Understand customer requirements and deliver product demos and tailored solutions
Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain long-term, value-driven customer relationships
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
4–5 years of proven experience in IT product sales or software solution sales
Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems
